Addoha, Morocco’s foremost property developer, has purchased two development projects from Fadesa, a failed development company. Addoha is intent on completing the projects on schedule. The company has also set its sites on affordable housing which experts say is a good move considering the drastic downturn in the luxury real estate market.
Trump Runs for Scot of the Year

Donald Trump, multi-billionaire property guru, has thrown his hat into the ring for the Scot of the Year award. Trump, who is half Scottish, accepted the nomination which was raised by ScotsCare, a London based charity who helps first and second generation Scots in time of hardship and distress. The nomination was made due to Trump’s recent investments in Scotland.
UK Real Estate Prices Continue to Drop

London Prices Will Continue to Fall

Residential real estate prices in London topped the list of the most devalued throughout the UK for 2008. According to Hometrack Ltd, that trend is not likely to change any time soon. The average decrease in property prices across the country was 8.7%, while London showed a decline of 10.1%. Residential real estate prices in the city fell by 1% in December alone while the rest of the country saw a decrease of .9%. Read more
